Originally from Pearsall, TX, Holden is a dedicated physical therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in Austin, TX. He completed his undergraduate studies at Texas State University in San Marcos, TX.

With a strong foundation in general musculoskeletal impairments and a passion for sports medicine, Holden has worked with a diverse range of athletes—from rodeo competitors to pickleball players and everything in between. He has a background in baseball and football, with recent courses taken for the throwing athlete of all ages that he utilizes for treatment planning.  His approach emphasizes functional recovery, personalized care, and helping patients return to the activities they love.

Outside the clinic, Holden enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, cooking, and hunting.
