Dr. Douglas Montalvo is a licensed physical therapist originally from Schertz, Texas. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of the Incarnate Word School of Physical Therapy in San Antonio, Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Athletic Medicine from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Dr. Montalvo is certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), allowing him to integrate advanced knowledge of biomechanics and human movement into golf-specific performance and rehabilitation. His clinical interests include orthopedic rehabilitation, injury prevention, and optimizing functional movement across all activity levels.

Outside of his professional work, Dr. Montalvo enjoys playing golf, following a variety of sports, and supporting his alma mater, the UTSA Roadrunners. He values quality time with his wife and daughter and appreciates spending time outdoors with his family.
