Alexis Sedgwick is a licensed physical therapist originally from Houston, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Houston in 2018, followed by her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin in 2021.

Alexis is passionate about helping individuals of all ages enhance their movement, function, and overall quality of life. Drawing on clinical experience in pediatrics, orthopedics, and sports medicine, she delivers personalized, evidence-based care and is dedicated to developing comprehensive rehabilitation plans for both operative and non-operative musculoskeletal conditions.

Outside the clinic, Alexis leads an active lifestyle through running, working out, and playing pickleball. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family and two dogs, Ollie and Dakota. Known for her professional dedication and approachable demeanor, Alexis fosters a supportive environment where patients feel empowered and motivated to achieve their goals.
